Since our products are handmade, some items may require additional preparation time. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, and the estimated production time will be communicated before or after placing the order.

Delivery

Orders within Pakistan are shipped through our selected courier partners.

Estimated delivery time is generally:

Major Cities: 3–7 business days
Other Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery location, parcel size, weight, and applicable courier rates.

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected orders and locations.

For certain large, customized, or made-to-order orders, an advance payment may be required before production begins.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared with the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are correct before placing your order.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or a video of the parcel and product.
