At Dreamy Drapes Studio, every piece is thoughtfully handmade with care, patience, and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade, each piece may have slight variations that make it beautifully unique.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product has a significant manufacturing defect.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:

• Hair accessories
• Jewelry and crochet accessories
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items made specifically according to a customer's requested design, color, or size
• Sale or discounted items

Please choose your colors, sizes, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund or replacement.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the payment method agreed upon with the customer.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production or preparation has not started.

Once a custom or handmade order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Handmade Disclaimer

Because our products are handmade, minor differences in size, shape, color, stitching, or finishing may occur. These are not considered defects but are part of the charm and individuality of handmade craftsmanship.
